How it works
Post a help request and it is shared with people you trust. When someone offers to help, you pick a proposal and schedule a 30-minute video call. If the session does not help, you can request a refund.
Wallet
Before a session is confirmed, you add funds to your in-app wallet via Stripe. When the session is booked, €50 is debited. Unused balance stays in your wallet for future sessions.
What is free
Joining Sorec, your profile, recommendations, and trust relationships are free. You only pay when you book a help session as a requester.
